Condominium Insurance Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in Markham. The role focuses on managing a portfolio of condominium corporation insurance accounts from renewal through policy issuance, with a client-focused, service-oriented approach.

You will analyze coverages, review quotations, negotiate terms with carriers, and maintain strong relationships with clients and property managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably with condominium corporation insurance.
• RIBO Licensed; CIP designation or progress is an asset.
• Strong understanding of Directors & Officers, Terrorism, Cyber etc. coverage.
• Experience working with multiple markets and carriers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; advanced Excel and Word skills.
• Comfortable with brokerage management systems and portals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage renewals, endorsements, certificates, and related documentation.

Condominium Insurance Solutions is hiring an experienced Senior Commercial Lines Account Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and will thrive in a collaborative team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple a book of business, servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner, and handling the unique complexities associated with condominium corporation insurance.

WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR :

• Manage a portfolio of condominium corporation insurance accounts from renewal through policy issuance.
• Prepare and manage renewals, policy amendments, endorsements, certificates, and related documentation.
• Analyze insurance coverages and identify gaps or areas requiring attention.
• Review insurer quotations and policy wordings for accuracy and completeness.
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to obtain competitive terms and coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and property managers
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and requests.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with brokerage standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records within the brokerage management system.
• Coordinate and prioritize multiple deadlines, particularly during renewal season.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when appropriate.
• Encourage collaborative, positive, and supportive team-oriented attitudes.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE:

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial insurance experience, preferably with condominium corporation insurance.
• RIBO Licensed
• CIP designation or working toward completion is considered an asset.
• Strong understanding of commercial policies including Directors & Officers, Terrorism, Cyber, etc.
• Experience working with multiple insurance markets and carriers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Comfortable learning and working within brokerage management systems and portals.
