- Preparing subrogation documents including determining the amount owed from the file material and systems including Audatex, Autosource and CDS
- Produce accurate file summaries and payment request packages for external use
- Maintain large volume of follow up email correspondence in a timely manner
- Address in bound inquiries from internal staff, other claims partners and third parties
- Processing and allocating subrogation recovery cheques to the claims systems and tracking recoveries for the unit
- Preparing files for referral to legal partners including extracting all information from systems, completing payment summaries and photocopying of the file
- Maintain detailed file records by entering pertinent data into the appropriate electronic systems
- Handling telephone inquiries for the unit
- Assist the subrogation unit with administration duties
- Maintaining workload within established guidelines and service standards
- Ability to provide quick and accurate reporting through various excel applications.
What do you bring to the role?
- College or University degreewitha minimum 2 years of office experience
- Some exposure to support functions in a claims area, including familiarity with Oracle based systems
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Customer Service or Call Centre experience would be an asset
- Bilingual in English and French considered anasset
Salary range is $40,200 - $69,400
