On behalf of our leading Financial Institution client, we’re on the lookout for a Regulatory Business Analyst who can hit the ground running and help implement key global regulatory frameworks.

What You’ll Focus On:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable business processes and system functionality
• Support the full delivery lifecycle across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall methodologies
• Own business process modeling (current vs. future state), data mapping, and system impact analysis
• Partner with SMEs, QA, architects, and dependent teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions
• Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, use cases, functional specs, and compliance documentation
• Support testing and training initiatives throughout the implementation lifecycle

Regulatory Knowledge (experience with some or all):

• Regulators: CFTC, SEC, ESMA, FCA, HKMA, BOI, CSA, CIRO
• Regulations: MiFID, EMIR, CFTC, SEC, SFTR, MTRS, AMF/OSC

Core Skills & Experience:

• Solid BA experience within Capital Markets / Financial Services
• Proven track record supporting the delivery of regulatory and compliance programs
• Strong documentation skills: business requirements, user stories, functional specs, and more
• Analytical mindset with the ability to map systems, processes, and data flows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
