Job summary

Are you a data-driven Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting client-facing trading platforms?

Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr BSA – Equities Trading Platform Digitization. This position involves supporting the digitization and enhancement of an equities trading platform, focusing on complex data analysis, system integrations, and improving client-facing workflows within a dynamic and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze real-time and transactional data to understand data flow, linkage, and relationships across interconnected systems

• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and processing
• Understanding of modern data platform concepts, including data architecture layers and system integration
• Experience with data transformation, movement, and BI/reporting tools
• Ability to understand complex systems, data structures, and workflows, and to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, especially with front office trading teams

Nice to Have

• Capital markets, equities, or electronic trading experience
• Brokerage platform background
