Job Description

As a Dynamics CE Functional Architect, you will:

• Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout all project phases, effectively managing issues and risks, and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery that meets client needs.
• Identify client requirements in sales, marketing, and customer service through discovery meetings.
• Design and lead system architecture processes in partnership with the Development Team to create, define specifications, and implement customizations for code or data migration requirements.
• Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation.
• Develop and refine CRM implementation standards and tools.
• Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solutions.
• Perform duties in accordance with the Hitachi Pillars of Strength.

Qualifications

• Strong CRM industry and product knowledge.
• 6+ years of Dynamics CE (CRM) experience as a Functional Consultant or Architect.
• 4+ years of experience in system design (8+ years for a Senior Architect).
• 4+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM—Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, etc. (8+ years for a Senior Architect).
• Familiarity with relational database concepts.
• Strong Business Analysis skills, including requirements and business process elicitation & documentation.
• Excellent presentation, communication, leadership, and client development skills to effectively present to C-level management, groups, or boards.
• Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed.

Preferred Education/Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field preferred; work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Microsoft CRM Application certification (e.g., MB-200, MB-210, MB-240, MB-600, MB2-710, MB2-716).
• Business Analysis Certification (CBAP or similar), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), or related industry certifications.
• Experience with SharePoint, Business Intelligence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools is a plus.
• Experience in manufacturing, insurance, and/or banking industries is advantageous.

Base Salary Range: CAD $135,000 – CAD $180,000

The salary range is a guideline; actual compensation depends on responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and other factors.
