Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enhance a centralized HR policy framework that meets both global standards and local employment laws
  • Maintain detailed, audit-ready documentation for essential HR programs such as attendance tracking, leave management, and pay processes
  • Act as a liaison between HR, Legal, and Payroll teams to ensure legal updates are translated into efficient internal procedures
  • Participate in internal audits and compliance reviews, helping track and close any policy-related gaps
  • Ensure all HR systems accurately reflect current policy, working closely with technology and operations partners
  • Monitor employment legislation and coordinate timely policy updates and internal communications
  • Develop user-friendly resources such as guides, training materials, and FAQs to help employees easily understand and follow policies
  • Qualifications

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in HR policy, compliance, employee relations, or similar roles
  • A process-oriented mindset with a strong grasp of how systems and policies interact
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in simplifying complex topics
  • Ability to navigate organizational change and collaborate across departments
  • Familiarity with HR tech systems like Workday, UKG, or comparable platforms is a plus
