The Senior Public Policy Advisor will work with Centene associates across the company in developing and executing the Federal Public Policy team's strategies that support Centene's business objectives and further the company's purpose of helping people live healthier lives. This includes assisting in the advancement of the team's objectives by independently conducting research and analysis on policy proposals and providing subject matter expertise on policy areas within the individual's portfolio.
Pay Range $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year.
Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and flexible work arrangements (remote, hybrid, field, or office schedules). Actual pay will be adjusted based on skills, experience, education, and other factors. Total compensation may include additional incentives.
