RioCan is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis professional at our Yonge Eglinton Centre office to support forecasting, budgeting, and long‑term planning with detailed analysis and actionable insights.
You will partner with cross‑functional teams, manage large datasets, and present clear reports to senior leadership. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of analytical experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a collaborative, detail‑oriented mindset.

This role is located at our Yonge Eglinton Centre Office. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, this role plays a key part in supporting RioCan's forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning processes, providing analysis and insights that inform business decisions across the organization.
The role is well-suited for candidates who are analytical, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with little direction, looking to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
$92,000 - $112,000 a year
The base salary range for this role reflects compensation for candidates at varying levels of experience and proficiency. The salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's relevant competencies, including skills, experience, education, and our teams' requirements.
The listed salary range does not include bonus and other total rewards. This role is eligible for participation in the company's bonus program.
