Reporting to the Manager, Capital Markets & Treasury, this role provides analytical support across treasury, capital markets, and corporate finance. The successful candidate will work on financing initiatives, capital allocation decisions, market intelligence, and liquidity management.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain direct exposure to debt and equity capital markets, investment banks, lenders, rating agencies, and strategic decision-making within one of Canada's leading publicly traded REITs.
The role is well-suited for candidates pursuing professional designations such as CFA, CPA or FRM, and seeking broad exposure to corporate finance and capital markets in a dynamic public company environment.
$67,000 - $92,500 a year
The base salary range for this role reflects compensation for candidates atvarying levels of experience and proficiency. The salary will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant competencies, including skills, experience, education, and our teams’ requirements.
The listed salary rangedoes not include bonus and other total rewards.This role is eligible for participation in the company’s bonus program.
