Job summary

TransUnion in Canada seeks a Senior Advisor, Product Management to lead VOIE products, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to scale, reporting to the VP of Credit Risk Product Management.

This role requires collaboration across technology, data partnerships, sales, marketing, operations, legal, and go-to-market teams. It is a hybrid position with in-person work at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year product vision and success metrics for VOIE, aligned to business outcomes.
• Build and manage a prioritized roadmap that balances customer value, regulatory constraints, data supply, and technical feasibility.
• Lead market assessments for new verticals and channels.
• Drive structured discovery with customers, developers, and partners to identify verification pain points.
• Own the end-to-end user journey.
• Establish and validate hypotheses via experiments, Voice of Customer, usability tests, and A/B tests; translate insights into clear product requirements.
• Partner with technology and operations to source, normalize, and enrich payroll and HCM data; define data quality thresholds and SLAs.

Role Overview And Core Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP, Credit Risk Product Management, the Senior Advisor, Product Management will be responsible to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Income and Employment Verification (VOIE) products in Canada.

They will own the end-to-end product lifecycle- from discovery and compliance-by-design to launch, iteration, and scale.
