The Senior Accountant role involves preparing and consolidating financial statements, analyzing and reconciling accounts, managing cash flow analysis, creating budgets and forecasts, preparing audits, and overseeing internal controls and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities:

• Supply Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
• Present analysis on financial results such as trends, performance metrics, benchmarks, etc.
• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls while supporting business partners and handling special requests.
• Coordinate ad-hoc projects as necessary.
• Participate in department-wide initiatives.
• Improve automation of accounting and reporting processes.
• Handle monthly accounting closure procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reports in accordance with GAAP.
• Prepare monthly consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet flux analysis reports for management.
• Assist in coordinating quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external teams.
• Evaluate KPIs.

Job Requirements:

• Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance.
• 5+ years of general accounting experience, preferably in a large corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Dynamics GP.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and adherence to standard procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• CPA credentials are required.
• US GAAP experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and general ledger processes.
• Experience with budget forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Self-directed with effective time management.
• Experience with corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
• Experience in publicly-traded companies and project management is a plus.
