Perform viscosity tests on mixes (verify quality).
Prepare parts for painting.
Paint parts with a spray gun.
Maintain equipment (spray gun, mixers, etc.).
Perform final quality tests on the product.
Other related tasks.
Knowledge of WHMIS (a (an asset).
Experience in industrial painting/metal products (an asset).
Ability to read and write French.
Ability to count.
The maximum salary for a day laborer who has acquired all the skills is $30.57/hr.
Each employee is assigned a personalized career objective to help them acquire the desired skills.
The starting salary is $16.00 for the day shift.
Premium for each skill acquired.
