Job summary

DraftKings is seeking a Sportsbook Operations Senior Associate in Canada to drive day-to-day merchandising and live event execution. You will coordinate promotions, product updates, events, and site content while monitoring performance and customer experience.

You will collaborate with Promotions, Product, Operations, and Marketing to ensure timely launches, identify opportunities from event calendars and competitive insights, and translate data into actionable improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in operations, strategy, marketing, or a related field in a fast-paced, consumer-facing environment.
• Strong understanding of sports and live event dynamics across multiple leagues.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, real-time environments while balancing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own daily merchandising execution across key customer-facing product surfaces.
• Ensure promotions, product updates, events, and site content launch on schedule.
• Identify merchandising opportunities based on event calendar and customer behavior.
• Coordinate launches and resolve customer-facing issues with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor live experiences and escalate issues to the right teams.
• Use feedback and data to recommend merchandising optimizations.
