Job summary

Mativ Renfrew is seeking Spooler Operators to join our production team on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule (days and nights, including weekends). Reporting to the Safety and Production Supervisor, you will prepare and inspect products as they run through machinery and assist with quality control.

Qualifications

  • Grade 12 education is required.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule.
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere environment.
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.

Mativ Renfrew is looking for Spooler Operators to join our production team!

If you are willing and available to work 12hr rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends), and want an average of 14 days off every month, we want to hear from you!

Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Spooler Operators will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Preparing and inspecting products as they run through machinery
  • Informing management of quality issues
  • Troubleshooting production issues
  • Preparing products for shipping
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 education
  • 1+ years proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule
  • Ability to work in a team atmosphere environment
  • Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions
Compensation Package
  • Salary Range:$22.62 to $23.34/hr.
  • RRSP:6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
