Job summary

Mativ Renfrew is seeking a Mixtruder Operator to join our production team. You will prepare and feed adhesive to machinery, assist operators, and help troubleshoot while maintaining strict safety standards.

We offer a rotating 12-hour schedule (days/nights, weekends), a competitive hourly wage of CAD 23.34–24.06, and company benefits after probation. RRSP matching and events are included.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education
• 3–5 years proven experience in a fast-moving manufacturing environment
• Math and mechanical aptitude as determined by entry testing
• Ability to work day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule

Mativ Renfrew is looking for Mixtruder Operators to join our production team!

If you are willing and available to work 12hr rotating shifts (days/nights/weekends), and want an average of 14 days off every month, we want to hear from you!

Reporting to the designated Safety and Production Supervisor, Mixtruder Operators will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Preparing and feeding adhesive to machinery
• Assisting operators as needed
• Ability to troubleshoot
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Compounding and mixing material
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere environment
• Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education
• 3-5 years proven experience, ideally in a fast-moving dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Math and mechanical aptitude, as determined by entry testing
• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 12-hour schedule

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $23.34 to $24.06/hr.
• RRSP: 6.5% company RRSP match after successful completion of probationary period
