The City of Red Deer is seeking a Sponsorship Program Lead to develop, implement and coordinate the City’s sponsorship initiatives. You will cultivate relationships with sponsors, create proposals, manage inventories, and oversee fulfillment to align with City priorities and community goals.
Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years in sponsorship or related fields, with strong negotiation, marketing, and relationship-management capabilities.

This role develops, implements, and coordinates The City of Red Deer’s Sponsorship Program. The role identifies and evaluates sponsorship assets, develops and advances sponsorship and partner opportunities by cultivating relationships with sponsors and community partners. The position oversees sponsorship fulfilment and stewardship activities to create mutually beneficial partnerships that support City priorities, community experiences, and sponsor objectives.

$41.68 to $44.13 per hour.
75 hours biweekly, Monday to Friday. Some evening and weekend work may be required.
This is a two-year term full-time position with potential for an extension.
