Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a senior SIEM engineer to design and implement security monitoring across cloud and on-premises environments. You will manage Splunk ITSI/UBA, CRIBL, and Microsoft security tools, while ensuring CIM alignment and Azure Sentinel integration.

This role emphasizes advanced dashboards, alerting, and API onboarding. The candidate should be adept at Python, Windows/Linux log formats, and working in highly virtualized environments to deliver rapid

Qualifications

• Up to date with SIEM technologies and architecture (Splunk & Azure Sentinel).
• Experience with Enterprise Splunk apps: ITSI, UBA, CRIBL and Microsoft Sentinel.
• Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Splunk with CIM compliance and cloud exposure.
• Experience with Azure Cloud, Windows and/or RHEL/Unix log formats, Python scripting.
• Security in highly virtualized cloud environments; API and DB onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise security monitoring solutions using Splunk ITSI/UBA and CRIBL.
• Develop dashboards and alerts for proactive security monitoring.
• Onboard APIs, databases, and Splunk base apps; manage CIM compliance.

Job Description:

Skills Required:

• The Engineer must be up to date with the latest SIEM (Splunk & Azure Sentinel) security technologies and architecture.
• This role will be responsible for solutions in areas such as, but not limited to: Enterprise Splunk suite of applications, ITSI, UBA, CRIBL, Microsoft Security Solutions (Sentinel, etc.)Virtualization and Cloud (Azure, Google, AWS)Advanced Security Technologies (Monitoring toolset.)
• Technical Requirements, Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Splunk applications and robust working experience in Enterprise Splunk administration.
• Must have advance experience with CIM compliance, Experience with Azure Cloud platform, Expertise with Microsoft Security Solutions Existing knowledge of financial banks technical environment, tools, policies, procedures, and processes.
• This will reduce boot strapping and training and allow for seamless integration for immediate capability delivery.
• Experience with Security as it applies to Cloud Solutions in Highly Virtualized Environments.
• Expert knowledge of Windows and/or RHEL/Unix log formats, Proficient knowledge of Python scripting
• Understanding of network and server log formats Proficiency in Splunk ITSI and UBA is an added advantage.
• Advance dashboard and Alerting skills and Advance knowledge of ITS and CRIBL a asset.
• Onboarding APIs, DBs, and splunk base apps.

Salary Range - CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
