Sanctuary Personnel Limited is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at an independent specialist day school in Windsor. This full-time, permanent role offers a rewarding opportunity to support children and young people with complex educational needs and communication challenges.

Salary ranges from £43,242 to £51,209 per annum, depending on experience. You will conduct clinical assessments, develop intervention plans, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team,

Qualifications

• Registered Speech and Language Therapist with UK qualification.
• Experience working with children/young people with educational needs.
• Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and formulate intervention plans for children and young people.
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated therapeutic support.
• Develop and implement strategies for communication and behavioural support.
• Lead training sessions for staff on best practices in speech and language therapy.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
