Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• Registered with the RCASLPNB and eligible for SAC membership.
• Experience in dysphagia is an asset and considered favorably.
• Ability to attend work regularly and maintain a good work record.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and provide therapy to individuals and groups.
• Maintain clinical records and documentation.
• Provide guidance and support to therapy assistants and other health care providers.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning.
• Mentor and support students.
• Develop, maintain, and evaluate policies and procedures.
• Share information on clinical skills, best practices, and guidelines.
