Join SE Health's Stroke Team as a Speech Language Pathologist in Kitchener, Waterloo, St. Jacobs, Elmira, New Hamburg, Breslau, and surrounding areas!

Position Summary

SE Health's Speech Language Pathologists are highly skilled professionals dedicated to providing person-centered care. You will build rapport and trust with clients, helping them progress in their home environments. Join a diverse, collaborative, and supportive team where you'll apply your skills and compassion to serve your community. Your work will address clients’ physical, cognitive, social, emotional, and spiritual needs, making a meaningful difference in their lives and enriching yours.

As part of the Waterloo-Wellington Stroke Team, you'll collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals to deliver tailored services to clients who have recently experienced a stroke. The team conducts weekly rounds, sets shared goals, and ensures personalized care.
