Job summary

Pillars of Wellness in Burlington, Ontario is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic. You will provide integrated care, collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to support meaningful outcomes for adults and children.

This part-time role (2–3 days/week) offers a supportive environment, opportunities to advance with evidence-based practices, and a welcoming clinic space with modern equipment and a strong referral network.

Qualifications

  • Registered Speech-Language Pathologist in Ontario.
  • Experience with adult populations; pediatric experience is an asset.
  • Experience with aphasia and fluency disorders.
  • Stuttering therapy experience is a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver client-centered speech-language assessment and treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in clinic.
  • Complete clinical documentation and reports independently.

Join a Collaborative, Multidisciplinary Healthcare Team

We are looking for a passionate and patient-centered Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary clinic in Burlington, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with other healthcare practitioners and provide truly integrated care that supports meaningful outcomes for your clients.

This position is ideal for an SLP looking to work approximately 2–3 days per week within a supportive and collaborative clinical environment.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist with experience working with adult populations. Experience working with pediatric clients is considered a strong asset.

Must have experience in:

  • Aphasia
  • Fluency

It is a bonus if you have experience in:

  • Stuttering therapy

Qualifications
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario
  • Ability to independently complete clinical documentation and reports
  • Experience working with children is considered an asset
  • Experience treating adults with neurological conditions, brain injury, or dysphagia is considered an asset
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
