Job summary

Simons in Quebec City seeks an experienced IT QA Tester to validate and enhance our digital platforms. You will define test plans, identify defects, and ensure seamless customer experiences across our transactional web ecosystem.

You will collaborate with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams to improve testing processes and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic retail technology environment.

Qualifications

• College diploma, vocational diploma in technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong investigative skills and critical thinking with a solution-oriented approach.
• Attention to detail and ability to focus during repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and execute functional, UX, and regression test plans for web platforms and internal tools.
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
• Validate new features and clearly document observed changes.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of systems and support cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, testing tools, and methods.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
