Job summary

La Maison Simons Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Tester to validate and enhance our digital platforms. You will plan and execute test plans for our web ecosystems, identify defects, and verify fixes, ensuring a seamless customer experience across French and English interfaces.

Key work involves collaborating with developers, designers, and business partners, while improving testing processes, tools, and test coverage to support reliable releases.

Qualifications

College diploma or equivalent in technology or related field.
Strong investigative skills and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to document defects clearly and concisely.
Fluency in French and English to collaborate with partners.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and execute functional, UX, and regression test plans for web platforms and internal tools.
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution.
Validate new features and clearly document observed changes.
Develop deep knowledge of systems and provide support to cross-functional teams.
Continuously improve testing processes and tools in collaboration with developers and designers.
