Job Summary

Reporting to the Chief of Clinical Operations, the Senior Program Development Specialist in Pharmacy is responsible for developing and implementing programs that support the professional practice development and improvement for the Proxim and Uniprix banners. The role involves clinical, operational, and technological aspects to integrate programs into laboratory operations, promote adoption, and enhance customer experience.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Act as the expert responsible for developing pharmacy programs, tools, and processes to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Create support tools for laboratory staff to facilitate program integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies to promote program adoption.
  • Establish and monitor performance indicators.
  • Lead projects from concept to implementation, coordinating with stakeholders to meet objectives and deadlines.
  • Monitor regulatory context and professional practice developments to understand and evaluate the needs of laboratory teams and emerging legislative changes.
  • Assist in creating and updating policies and procedures supporting pharmacists and aligned with innovative solutions developed at headquarters.
  • Serve as a resource on professional practice questions for other departments and team members.
  • Participate in banner activities such as congresses, professional symposiums, and training.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of five to seven years of relevant experience as a community pharmacist.
  • Experience as a pharmacy manager is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of pharmacy practice in Quebec, including professional obligations and practice frameworks.
  • Operational management knowledge of pharmacy laboratories and related processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both oral and written.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally across Quebec for banner activities.

Base Salary Range : $108,100 - $180,100
