Job summary

ABB, située à Bromont, recherche un spécialiste qualité-entrepôt pour diriger le processus qualité de bout en bout et coordonner les activités entre les opérations d'entrepôt, la planification et le département qualité.

Vous assurerez le suivi des stocks, le reporting et l'intégrité des données dans SAP et MARC, tout en respectant les pratiques HSE et les valeurs ABB.

Qualifications

• Un baccalauréat ou 3 années d'expérience équivalente en qualité/entrepôt.
• Maîtrise de SAP et Marc WMS ou équivalents.
• Excellentes compétences analytiques et communicationnelles.

Responsibilities

• Gérer le processus qualité de A à Z depuis l'identification jusqu'à la clôture.
• Servir de liaison principale entre les opérations d'entrepôt, planification et qualité.
• Soutenir la gestion des stocks, l'inbound/outbound et le reporting.
• Maintenir données ERP (SAP et MARC) avec traçabilité.
• Garantir la conformité Santé, Sécurité et Environnement.
• Coopérer avec les parties prenantes et promouvoir ABB's values.

Manage and lead the end-to-end quality process from identification in Bromont through formal case closure. Act as primary liaison between Warehouse Operations, Planning & Fulfillment, Commercial Operations, and Montreal head office Quality Department.

Provide operational and administrative support in inventory management, inbound/outbound coordination, and reporting.

This role reports to the: Electrification Customer Operations Manager

This role is contributing to the Smart Power and Smart Building division in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Receives notification of SPSB material damage from receiving team, evaluates non-conformities, determines appropriate action (hold/return/inspection), coordinates NCR process for factory returns, and creates quality cases in SAP/MARC with full traceability
• Support Quality team inspections and coordinate shipment of defective products to Montreal Campus for analysis and repair
• Act as primary liaison between Bromont Warehouse Operations, Commercial Operations, and Quality Department
• Coordinate return of repaired materials and ensure SAP/MARC transactions are completed accurately
• Maintains complete and accurate data in the ERP (SAP and MARC) systems.
• Ensures accurate management of deliveries between MARC and SAP for SPSB products
• Participates in regular inventory control processes for SPSB products
• Demonstrates an understanding of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) terms, concept application, reporting, and risks.
• Manages relationships with stakeholders in their own area of responsibility and ensures alignment.
• Promotes a culture of safety, integrity, ethics, and compliance by upholding ABB’s values, code of conduct, policies, and regulatory requirements in all activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient in using Marc WMS, SAP, and other relevant software tools.
• Ensure operational excellence through quality assurance, inventory control, logistics coordination, and end-to-end supply chain management
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, as well as ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Available to travel up to 10% of the time
• Proficiency in French is mandatory, as well as English to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec
