Salary : $ 85,000-$115,000 / year, based on experience + group insurance, travel discounts and more.
Role Overview
Seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist (CRM) to lead the full customer-lifecycle strategy and manage daily execution. This includes designing data-driven journeys— from onboarding to re-engagement —and executing high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and push. The role involves crafting creative assets, writing customer-centric copy, setting up automated flows, and running continuous A / B testing to optimize performance. You’ll manage deliverability, oversee the campaign calendar , and deliver insights through regular reporting. Working closely with product, engineering, sales, and leadership, you’ll convert customer behavior data into personalized messaging that drives results and contributes to long-term CRM growth strategy.
