About the role

The Intermediate Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant actively participates in the phases of configuration, testing, training, and production deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, following best practices for deploying and configuring these solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure the solution based on the analysis document, adhering to industry standards.
• Design internal training documents for the client and train the client to become a super user of the new system in place.
• Support the client throughout the configuration, customization, testing, and implementation phases to ensure their understanding of the newly implemented processes.
• Collaborate with the client service team and resolve more complex cases.

Qualifications and skills

EDUCATION

• College diploma (DEC) in Administration or any other relevant field.

EXPERIENCE

• 1 year of experience in the professional services, consulting, or adult education industry.
• Relevant experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solutions (an asset).

CERTIFICATION

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a significant asset.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Occasional travel to clients’ locations.
