Who You Are

• Have 3+ years of experience in web UI and UX design, preferably within a studio or agency environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of website design projects, demonstrating creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Solid understanding of responsive design, UI/UX principles, and how designs are built in platforms like Webflow.

• Experience working collaboratively on design teams across multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced agency environment.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design decisions confidently.

• A proactive attitude with strong time management and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

• A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the wider studio culture.

• Passionate about digital design, emerging trends, and continuously improving your craft.

• Bonus: Experience with HTML/CSS, motion design, or low-code tools

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and delivering high-quality, user-centred web interfaces from initial concept through to developer handoff, primarily in Figma and Webflow.

• Collaborating with copywriters to develop content wireframes that integrate narrative flow and visual structure cohesively.

• Creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that clearly communicate design intent, user flows, and interaction patterns.

• Working closely with developers to ensure your designs translate accurately and efficiently into the final build.

• Participating in client-facing presentations, gathering requirements, presenting concepts, and iterating on feedback confidently.

• Partnering with project managers, copywriters, and strategists to ensure all design work aligns with client goals, brand guidelines, and project timelines.

• Staying current with design trends, tools, and technologies, and actively sharing new ideas and thinking with the team.

• Contributing to shared design systems, internal resources, and studio-wide quality standards.
