At Bell, our purpose is to advance how Canadians connect with each other and the world. We achieve this by providing consumers and businesses with the best network technologies in the world, innovative digital solutions, and seamless customer experiences. It’s all developed and delivered by the members of #TeamBell, and we’re always on the lookout for people with great skills and experiences.

We provide a supportive and inclusive community where all team members can succeed. And through our commitment to environmental, social, and governance initiatives, you will feel good about the greater impact you will have – making every day better for people as they connect, work, learn, and play.

Join us. You belong at Bell.

In Field Services, you will be part of the frontline team that delivers our services to consumers and businesses across Canada. Every day, you’ll inspire others by providing the best customer experience as you install, repair, and maintain Bell’s services and network for our residential and business customers.

At Bell, you’ll be on the frontline of our commitment to delivering an outstanding end-to-end experience that helps set us apart in digital connections and next-generation services.

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on User Experience Researcher (UX) to help us elevate our customer-first digital experiences. You’ll lead end-to-end research initiatives—blending qualitative and quantitative methods—to inform design decisions, product roadmaps, and business priorities. This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience who’s ready to take on more ownership and influence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute end-to-end UX research using qualitative and quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing, field studies).
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights that directly influence product and business strategy.
  • Analyze and synthesize large volumes of data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for experience improvement.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and data teams to align on research priorities and integrate findings into roadmaps.
  • Design and facilitate workshops (e.g., journey mapping, ideation, co-creation) to align stakeholders and generate solutions.
  • Create compelling presentations and storytelling artifacts to communicate insights and influence decision-making.
  • Support survey design, distribution, and analysis to uncover user needs and validate concepts.
  • Apply AI tools and data analytics to enhance research depth and scale insight generation.
Critical Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in UX research, service design, or design strategy.
  • Strong understanding of research methodologies and when to apply them.
  • Experience working with AI tools or data-driven design approaches.
  • Proven ability to work with and interpret large datasets to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence product or business decisions through research.
  • Familiarity with agile environments and iterative design processes.
  • Experience with customer journey mapping and service blueprinting.
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to customer experience platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow).

Experience facilitating workshops and engaging cross-functional teams.
