Overview
This position is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the VP Global Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations. This role will partner across Strategy & Operations to deliver a robust, transparent governance process and documentation approach for Global TA. This position is crucial in aligning our recruitment processes with legal and regulatory standards, enhancing our compliance framework while driving continuous improvement in our TA practices for operational excellence.
