Job summary

Capital Power in Calgary is seeking a Specialist, Sustainability, Low-Carbon Solutions & Ventures to shape strategic direction by evaluating opportunities and supporting sustainability disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (advanced degree as asset).
• 3+ years in energy, sustainability, strategy, or venture development.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with senior stakeholders and manage cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of emerging energy technologies and lower-carbon pathways.
