SaskPower seeks a Senior ServiceNow Specialist to act as a principal administrator and developer for its ServiceNow environment. You will provide expert direction, drive enhancements and automation, and partner with IT and business units to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
You will lead the deployment of HAM, SAM and ITSM modules, implement integrations, and ensure governance, testing, change control, and knowledge transfer across the organization.

The Specialist is accountable to provide subject matter expertise and administration of a specialized function. As a member of SaskPower’s management team, this position is responsible to act as a central point of contact in the management and administration of strategic and operational functions, providing expert advice and direction that aligns with departmental and corporate goals and objectives.
This position will function as a senior ServiceNow Administrator and Developer responsible for enhancing SaskPower’s ServiceNow environment, including the implementation of new modules such as Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), system integrations, and workflow development to support continuous improvement and automation.
A suitable combination of relevant education and experience may also be considered
