Specialist, Digital Integration - 18 Month Contract

Role Overview

The Digital Integration Specialist acts as a ‘Product Owner’ for various digital projects, including ecommerce and enhancements to our .ca properties. The specialist leads projects within CE and interfaces with IT to coordinate resources, develop, execute, track, analyze, and report on project progress. They also ensure a smooth transition to long-term website maintenance, covering areas like Model Launches, Content Entry, SEO, Sprint planning/demos, and governance.

Responsibilities
  1. Product Ownership:
    • Coordinate with Scrum teams (IT, Marketing Agency, Vendors) to meet project requirements and deadlines.
    • Ensure high standards for website quality and future initiatives.
  2. Communication:
    • Maintain ongoing updates and communication with stakeholders and business units.
  3. Business Implementation:
    • Coordinate efforts for project launch and transition to maintenance, including training.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Business.
  • Google Analytics or Google Marketing Platform certification (asset).
  • 5+ years in digital marketing or project management roles.
  • Experience with Sitecore and Agile methodologies (asset).
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
