**Please note that this is an 18-month contract opportunity**
The Digital Integration Specialist would act as a ‘Product Owner’ for various Digital projects including but not limited to ecommerce and other enhancements to our .ca properties. During the project, the specialist will be the project lead within CE and coordinate efforts with IT. Responsibilities include leading, developing, executing, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on project progress. The role also involves preparing for a smooth transition to long-term maintenance of the websites post-project, including Model Launches, Content Entry, SEO, Sprint planning/demos, and maintaining processes/governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as Overall Product Owner (PO) for various projects:
Collaborate with the Scrum team (IT, Marketing Agency, Technical vendor) to ensure requirements and approvals are timely and of high quality.
Coordinate efforts, secure internal approvals, and ensure website standards are met for future initiatives.
Communicate project updates:
Maintain ongoing communication with business and key stakeholders regarding project status.
Business Implementation activities:
Coordinate with other business units to ensure smooth project launch, transition into maintenance, and provide necessary training.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or Business.
Google Analytics or Google Marketing Platform certification is an asset.
5+ years in digital marketing roles or project management in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with project management, Sitecore, and Agile methodologies is an asset.
Strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to develop and maintain good relationships with team members and stakeholders.
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to share results.
