Job summary

Mackenzie Investments is seeking an energetic CSR/Community Engagement professional to lead campaigns, events, and employee engagement initiatives. You’ll coordinate large-scale campaigns, support Mackenzie Together and charitable foundation efforts, and manage sponsorships, branding, and logistics while partnering with internal teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes program administration, donor matching, and reporting on key metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of corporate social responsibility / community engagement experience.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to manage campaigns and events (in-person/virtual).
  • Experience building relationships with vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate campaigns and sponsorships including IG Walk for Alzheimer’s and Annual Giving Campaign.
  • Coordinate Mackenzie Together programs and Mackenzie Investments Foundation initiatives.
  • Administer corporate charitable sponsorships and events, including branding, social media, and logistics.
  • Assist awareness and employee engagement programs and online giving portal Benevity.
  • Support administration of donor and volunteer matching programs and internal grants.

  • Coordinateemployee engagement programsand online givingportal, Benevity.

  • Support driving awarenessandactivation around communityand employeeprograms.

  • Develop campaign marketing and communication materials that drive engagement.

ProgramSupport
  • Responsible foradministration of theinternaldonation and volunteer matchingprogram.

  • Coordinateinternal communityawards process and alumniawardpayments

  • Process invoices

  • Support the administration ofthe corporategrant programs.

  • Support quarterly,annualand ongoing reporting on key metrics to driveresults and value.

The following qualifications willassistthe successful candidate in carrying out these responsibilities:

  • 2-3yearsofcorporate social responsibility / communityengagementexperience

  • Passionate and knowledgeable about social impact

  • Experienceplanning and implementing campaignsincludingin-person and virtual events.

  • Experienceimplementingemployee engagement and community investmentprograms

  • Strongrelationship management and communications skills

  • Proficiencyworking withcorporate giving/employee engagementsoftware

  • Creative problem solver with ability to thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment

  • Proven team player who is a self-starter and proactive

  • Proven project management skills

  • Bilingual (English andFrench)is anasset

The expected annual base salary range for this role is $54,000 - $64,000which is determined based on skills, knowledge and experience and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for annual short-term incentive, health and well-being benefits, retirement and savings plan, paid time off and career development.
