Job Description

As a key team member reporting to your Chef, you'll collaborate closely with the events team, contribute to menu creation, and help deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will learn our systems and procedures and have opportunities for internal advancement. Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and ownership to your dishes daily, helping to set our restaurants apart while supporting the FOH team.

THE DAY to DAY :

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and skilled in menu creation, especially for special events.
  • Punctual, focused, and positive team player.
  • Strong cooking background, passionate about learning and feedback.
  • Monitor kitchen operations and cleanliness, foster positive relationships with team members.
  • Communicate effectively about menus and events; manage ordering and inventory.
  • Lead, train, and coach fellow cooks and Co-op students.
  • Maintain high personal integrity and promote the restaurant's reputation.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of Sous Chef or Chef de Partie experience in a similar environment.
