Tutor Me Education seeks an outstanding communicator and relationship manager to be the primary contact for families, students, and instructors in our Special Education Tutoring program. This role is about case management, not instruction—your calm, organized voice keeps families informed and schedules running smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring customer service or account management experience, are tech-savvy for scheduling platforms and CRM tools, and have some educational background.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with remote/virtual work environments.
• Comfort with coordinating schedules and case management.
• Educational setting experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for a caseload of families.
• Conduct intake calls with new families.
• Build and manage class schedules across students and platforms.
• Communicate proactively about scheduling and progress.
• Monitor student progress and flag concerns to specialists.
• Coordinate with instructors to ensure sessions run smoothly.
• Navigate multiple software systems daily (scheduling, CRM).
• Represent Tutor Me Education professionally in every interaction.
• Support oversight of IEP/504 accommodation compliance (training provided).
