Qualifications

• Three (3) years of data analysis and reporting experience; data management and complex reporting tooling.
• Experience with K-12 education data, special education processes, or compliance reporting preferred.
• Proficiency in data quality, auditing, and producing management reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly state and federal compliance reporting for special education data.
• Design and create management reports to monitor performance, productivity and compliance.
• Generate ad hoc reports for management and external auditors as requested.
• Collaborate with districts and school staff to ensure data accuracy and policy compliance.
• Develop QA methods to identify data trends and discrepancies; use Excel or SPSS for analysis.
• Explain procedures and timelines to staff for accurate reporting.
