Job summary

KONE is seeking a Spare Parts Warehouse Coordinator in Mississauga to manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving and inspection of parts and tools. You will handle labeling, inventory control, and coordination of outbound shipments while maintaining accuracy and safety on the warehouse floor.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of warehouse/inventory experience, forklift ability, and proficiency in SAP, MS Office, and courier platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse and inventory experience.
• Forklift experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Experience leading or coordinating a warehouse operation is preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office and online courier platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the Mississauga spare parts warehouse, including shipping, receiving and inspection of parts, equipment and tools.
• Perform inventory management and cycle counts using manual and digital systems.
• Label and record shipments, review bills of lading for accuracy and coordinate outbound shipments.
• Operate a forklift as needed and manage a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
