Spanish Salesforce Product Owner - Define, lead and execute a cohesive digital transformation strategy designed- 37480

Story Behind the Need: Additional support needed with an ongoing project.

Business Line: The Total Wealth Solutions Team in International Wealth Management ensures specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Project: The Total Wealth Solutions Lead is accountable for working with cross-functional business and development teams globally to define and implement solutions and capabilities for Total Wealth teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely and report directly to the Senior Manager, Total Wealth Solutions, and be accountable for the enablement of delivering Total wealth to our clients and improving the advisor experience.

This is a demanding hands-on and strategic role which requires the incumbent to have a strong interest and ability to learn about the financial services sector, emerging digital trends in the Wealth Management industry, and has in-depth experience collaborating with international teams, especially Pacific Alliance, Central America & Caribbean regions.

This role will focus on accelerating IWM’s transformation, particularly on advisor-facing platforms and applications such as Salesforce, investment, and financial planning tools.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities & champion ongoing best-in-class business transformation/innovation.
  2. Define, lead, and execute a cohesive digital transformation strategy to limit technological debt and effectively manage the transition from segregated platforms to global platforms, modernizing technology stacks & digital workflows. Work closely with in-country leads and partners to ensure successful execution.
  3. Maintain an understanding of financial services markets, the competitive landscape, and digital transformation trends relevant to Wealth Management and client needs.
  4. Continuously acquire and enhance knowledge of the Bank’s and Division's strategies, policies, risk management practices, product offerings, financial markets, instruments, regulatory requirements, Back Office processes, and evolving technology to provide effective solutions and support.
  5. Promote a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships and systems.
  6. Partner with GWM & in-country Technology and Digital teams and other stakeholders to enable solutions.
  7. Collaborate with the Senior Manager to support key initiatives, daily priorities, and the roadmap for Total Wealth Solutions across IWM.
  8. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate effectively with technology teams for digital tools like Salesforce CRM, investment proposal platforms, and financial planning solutions.
  9. Lead discovery and analysis to understand local business processes, identify gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  10. Ensure product delivery is relevant and high quality, identifying capabilities, features, and risks, working with stakeholders to produce high-quality solutions.
  11. Communicate progress, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder reviews and product releases.
  12. Coach team members, foster an environment for self-organization, and support agile initiatives through training and communication activities.
  13. Deliver high-quality training on advisor platforms and solutions, adapting delivery to diverse audiences.
  14. Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey initiatives and project updates to stakeholders.
  15. Consider the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions.
  16. Ensure operational excellence and compliance with the Bank’s values, conduct, and risk management standards.
  17. Foster a high-performance and inclusive work environment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • End User Experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience creating/delivering training materials.
  • Experience in Wealth Management.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in project delivery, digital transformation, or strategic sales support.

Soft Skills:

  • Critical thinking, logic, and reasoning to evaluate solutions, streamline processes, and mitigate risks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and functions.
  • Ability to achieve strategic goals in a dynamic environment, managing timelines and dependencies.
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with global business and technology partners.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Business, management, engineering, or related discipline preferred. Master’s degree is an asset.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid environment; non-standard hours are uncommon.
