Salesforce Product Owner/Business Analyst - Define, lead and execute a cohesive digital transformation strategy designed- 37481

Story Behind the Need: Additional support needed with an ongoing project.

Business Line: The Total Wealth Solutions Team in International Wealth Management ensures specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed/delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

Project: The Total Wealth Solutions Lead is accountable for working with cross-functional business and development teams globally to define and implement solutions and capabilities for Total Wealth teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely and report directly to the Senior Manager, Total Wealth Solutions, and be accountable for enabling the delivery of Total Wealth to clients and improving the advisor experience.

This is a demanding hands-on and strategic role, requiring a strong interest and ability to learn about the financial services sector, emerging digital trends in Wealth Management, and in-depth experience collaborating with international teams, especially in Pacific Alliance, Central America & Caribbean regions.

Focus: Accelerating IWM’s transformation, particularly on advisor-facing platforms and applications such as Salesforce, investment, and financial planning tools.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  1. Identify opportunities & champion ongoing best-in-class business transformation and innovation.
  2. Define, lead, and execute a cohesive digital transformation strategy to limit technological debt, manage transition from segregated to global platforms, and modernize technology stacks & workflows. Collaborate with in-country leads for execution.
  3. Maintain understanding of financial markets, digital transformation trends, and client/user needs in Wealth Management.
  4. Enhance knowledge of the Bank’s and Division’s strategies, policies, risk practices, product offerings, and technology to provide effective solutions.
  5. Promote a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank systems.
  6. Partner with GWM & in-country Technology and Digital teams and other stakeholders to enable solutions.
  7. Support the execution of key initiatives and the roadmap for Total Wealth Solutions across the IWM footprint.
  8. Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate effectively with technology teams regarding digital tools like Salesforce CRM and financial planning solutions.
  9. Lead discovery and analysis to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities.
  10. Ensure product delivery is relevant, high-quality, and aligned with stakeholder expectations. Identify capabilities, features, and risks associated with the product vision.
  11. Communicate progress, gather feedback, and manage stakeholder reviews for validation.
  12. Coach team members, foster a self-organizing environment, and support agile initiatives.
  13. Deliver high-quality training on advisor platforms, adapting delivery to varied audiences.
  14. Demonstrate strong communication skills to convey initiatives and project updates effectively.
  15. Consider the Bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions.
  16. Ensure operational, compliance, AML/ATF, sanctions, and conduct risk controls are maintained.
  17. Promote a high-performance, inclusive work environment.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Prior FI experience, preferably in Wealth Management or Investments.
  • Knowledge of product or technology development cycles.
  • Proven success in delivering complex business initiatives collaboratively.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in project delivery, digital transformation, or strategic sales support.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Soft Skills:

  • Critical thinking, logical reasoning, and process improvement skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to various tasks and functions.
  • Ability to manage timelines and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with global business and tech partners.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields. Master’s degree is an asset.

Ideal Candidate: Has experience in FI, exposure to Wealth Management, and works effectively with technical teams to meet project targets.
