Job description

We are looking for a Spa Manager (NOC 60040).

Job Duties:

1. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality service delivery.
2. Manage customer scheduling and appointments using POS systems to optimize staff utilization.
3. Lead and manage staff, including scheduling, orienting, training, and conducting performance evaluations.
4. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
5. Provide customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
6. Maintain inventory levels and manage ordering of supplies to meet salon needs.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
8. Foster a positive team culture that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
9. Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.

Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in a nail salon/spa environment, with at least 1 year experience as a manager/supervisor. Having experience as a Nail care technician is a plus.

Terms of Employment: Permanent Full-time.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Wage: $34.62/hour.

Hours: 6 to 8 hours/day, 30 to 40 hours/week.

Location of Work: 354 Trans-Canada Hwy, Duncan, BC V9L 3R4. No remote work available.

Other Requirements: Must be able to work in Canada legally.
