The Opportunity

As a Travel Expert at SellOffVacations, you will work at our retail store in Barrie, reporting to the Selling Supervisor/Branch Manager. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service to consumer travel clients and building long‑term relationships to create a strong repeat customer base.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to consumer travel clients emphasizing long‑term working relationships to build a strong repeat customer base.
• Sell a full range of preferred supplier products to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide accurate, complex travel information (e.g., travel documentation and related details).
• Organize and assist with local business‑building promotions and local networking.
• Assist in the resolution of client complaints.
• Invoice and document client files accurately in accordance with company policy.
• Work closely with consumers, tour operators, and various internal support departments.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Travel Counsellor.
• Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Provincial certification.
