Job summary

Sunwing in Laval, QC is looking for a Group Sales Agent to assist customers with inquiries and upsell travel products. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience and communication skills. Responsibilities include responding to calls and emails, maintaining product knowledge, and fulfilling duties as directed. Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working directly with customers.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Demonstrates initiative with problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, reliable, and prioritize workload.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (email, Word, Excel).

Group Sales Agent

Location: Laval, QC. This position reports to the Group Sales Supervisor.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Upsell and cross‑sell on each call
• Sell optional extras such as group seating, Elite Plus, excursions, gift certificates, and insurance
• Respond to incoming emails regarding group rate requests in a professional and timely manner
• Fill in for Group Sales Representatives during absences as directed by the Supervisor
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training
• Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need

• Up to 1 year of customer service or related experience
• Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of working directly with customers
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and capable of multitasking
• Demonstrates initiative with problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, reliable, and prioritize workload
