What You’ll Do :

• Being a direct report for the back of house team members, assisting in ongoing projects, and championing development
• Exhibiting heart and soul, thriving in a busy environment, and being social and outgoing

What You've Done :

• 2-3 years kitchen / restaurant experience
• 1-2 years of experience as a sous chef, or comparable

• 2 years previous experience as a line cook is preferred
• Flexible full time availability
