Daily Responsibilities:

1. The candidate will be part of the Enterprise Procurement team and support areas such as Capital Markets, GRC, and US Cash Management Business.
2. They will work on sourcing projects from start to finish and then transition the management to the supplier management office.
3. They must maintain documentation and information in the system (Ivalua) and manage a quick turnaround due to high demand.
4. The role requires interaction with all levels of the business, demonstrating confidence in procurement knowledge and policies.
5. The team operates as generalists, but a background in software engagements would be a plus since the person on leave previously handled many software-related contracts.
6. Overall, the Hiring Manager seeks a candidate with strong sourcing and procurement skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the financial industry, ideally with exposure to Capital Markets and software engagements.
7. The candidate should also be capable of handling high-demand environments and possess or be open to learning Ivalua software.
