Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee sorting, scanning, and processing of packages, including returns and defective items, across a fast-paced facility.

You will ensure safety, enforce compliant methods, manage inbound and outbound freight, and coach a team of package handlers while coordinating with the optimization team to align daily operations with carrier schedules.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments.
• Ability to supervise and mentor staff.
• Strong adherence to safety and compliance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise sorting, scanning, and processing of packages.
• Oversee inbound/outbound freight, and inventory management.
• Unload/load trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Coach and mentor warehouse associates, including training new hires.
• Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks.
