Job summary

Purolator is seeking a Sorter/Truck Parker Washer in Richmond, BC. The role pays $23.63 per hour with an evening shift from 7:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday to Friday (20 hours/week).

Responsibilities include unloading freight, loading into linehaul, preparing mail/packages for delivery, and washing courier vehicles. High School completion and a valid Class 5 license with a clean driving abstract are required.

• Class 5 driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract to drive delivery vehicles.

• Unload freight off conveyor or chute for load-out.
• Load freight into linehaul / cube truck or trailer.
• Preload mail and packages into curbside delivery vehicles.
• Manually transfer bulk or non-conveyable items.
• Scan all shipped or received mail or packages to identify improperly sorted packaged mail or packages and mail marked for priority or weekend delivery.
• Wash the interior and exterior of courier vehicles.
• Move and return vehicles.
• Check for freight left in vehicles.

Our client, Purolator, is currently seeking a Sorter/Truck Parker Washer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-12 months of driving experience and experience working in a warehouse environment.
