Job summary

EFS-plastics Alberta, Inc. is hiring a Sorter Operator in Lethbridge to monitor sorting quality on a fully automated line, support minor mechanical repairs, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

This full-time position runs Monday through Friday with day and night shifts; candidates should have manufacturing experience and relevant forklift/telehandler certification, with a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or industrial experience required.
• Safety-conscious with ability to follow procedures.
• Forklift and first aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sorting quality on a fully automated line.
• Perform minor mechanical repairs as needed.
• Operate forklift and telehandler safely.
• Keep the work area clean and compliant with safety standards.
• Complete daily production reports.
• Report issues to shift lead or management.
