Job summary

Alberta Environmental Rubber Products Inc in Edmonton is seeking a Temporary Nightshift Labourer to join our Production team. You will perform manual labour to assist tire shredding and help maintain safe, organized work areas during the night shift.

The role requires high school diploma or GED preferred and previous manufacturing experience is a strong asset. You must be safety conscious, able to work as part of a team, and capable of handling a physically demanding environment.

Incorporated in 1992 and wholly owned by Albertan's, Alberta Environmental Rubber Products (AERP) is Alberta's largest scrap tire recycling company. AERP has been converting scrap tires, using cutting edge technology, into materials that are used in everything from playgrounds, roofing products and athletic tracks. Our state-of-the-art processing plant in northwest Edmonton produces a variety of high-quality rubber products from shred to rubber crumb. We are currently seeking a Temporary Nightshift Labourer to join our Production team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual labour to assist tire shredding process.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Adhere to all company policies, processes, and procedures.
• Other general labour duties as required.

Education/Experience

• High school diploma/GED preferred
• Previous experience in a Manufacturing/Production setting is considered a strong asset

Shift: Nightshift, Monday-Thursday, 7:00pm-6:30am
